Jon and Megan had a two-part engagement session. They knew they wanted Detroit engagement photos, but they also wanted some photos in Canada, because that’s where they met. We did the first part of their engagement session at Eastern Market in Detroit where they live. A few months later, we set up the second part of the engagement session in Bruce Peninsula, Ontario. Megan is Canadian and the couple met in Canada in one of the most beautiful settings you could ever hope to meet the love of your life. They also happened to meet at a place where Kel and I love to go camping. So we set it up so that we could do a second engagement session when Kelsey and I went camping at Bruce Peninsula National Park in Ontario. Two birds with one stone, as they say. The scenery did not disappoint. Kel and I had a great time with Jon and Meg during both sessions and we were super excited to shoot in each location. Enjoy the cross-border love, people.
